what time should i arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive at South Farm between 12.30pm and 12.45pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 1.00pm
is there parking at south farm?
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at South Farm.
They will also reserve the first gravel row of the carpark for the wedding party
can i take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony
CAN I SHARE PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Of course, we welcome you to share our special day!
HOWEVER, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the Bride and Groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so first
will there be vegetarian or gluten options?
Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs.
When submitting your rsvp, please indicate restrictions so we can plan accordingly
ARE CHILDREN/BABIES ALLOWED AT THE WEDDING?
We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. The only exception is our own children along with our siblings children. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests who the invite is addressed to attend our wedding festivities
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?
The dress code for our wedding day is dress to impress.
We ask that no white is to be worn
(With the exception of a male shirt)
WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please RSVP by no later than 31st March 2025 if you are a day guest, and 31st May 2025 for evening guests
is there transportation to the reception?
There is a coach available for day guests to and from the venue at a cost of £10 per person. If you are an evening guest and would like to take advantage of the coach return then there will be a cost of £5 per person, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us directly to secure this. All other recommended travel information is on the transportation section on this site.

WHAT TIME DOES THE WEDDING END?
All good things must come to an end!
Our wedding will end at midnight.
Due to the location of the venue, we strongly recommend you rebook transport if required.
Gifts
The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a contribution towards our honeymoon.
What happens if i am late
If you are running late and won't arrive until after 12.45pm we kindly ask you to wait in the carpark until the ceremony has finished, you are then welcome to join us for the remainder of the wedding.
I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could rsvp and let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can plan accordingly
